Welcome to Vue360. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

Vue360 provides professional visual media services, including but not limited to:

360 Virtual Tours
Property Photography
Commercial Photography
Drone Photography & Videography
Floor Plans
Google Street View Publishing
Immersive Property Content

Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Quotes are based on the information supplied by the client. Additional work requested after a quotation has been accepted may incur additional charges.

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once agreed by both parties.

We will always aim to arrive at the agreed appointment time. Delays caused by traffic, weather or circumstances beyond our control will be communicated as soon as possible.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring the property or premises is ready for photography before the appointment.

This includes:

Clean and presentable rooms
Removal of unwanted items
Access to all required areas
Permission from the property owner where applicable

Additional visits required due to the property not being ready may be chargeable.

Weather

Drone photography is weather dependent.

If weather conditions make flying unsafe or unsuitable, we will rearrange the drone element of the booking at the earliest convenient opportunity.

Drone Operations

All drone operations are carried out in accordance with current UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.

Flights may be cancelled or modified where required for safety, legal or operational reasons.

Image Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the service purchased.

Typical delivery times are:

Photography: 2–5 working days
Virtual Tours: 3–7 working days
Floor Plans: 2–5 working days

These times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Revisions

Minor adjustments are included where reasonable.

Significant editing requests or additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed:

Payment is due within 14 days of invoice.
Larger projects may require a deposit before work begins.
Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional recovery costs where permitted by law.

Cancellations

Bookings cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur a cancellation fee.

Late cancellations or failure to provide access may result in a reasonable cancellation charge to cover lost time and travel expenses.

Copyright

All photographs, videos, virtual tours and digital content remain the intellectual property of Vue360 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a licence to use the delivered content for its intended marketing purposes.

Images may not be resold, transferred or edited without prior written permission.

Portfolio Use

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Vue360 reserves the right to use completed work within its portfolio, website, social media channels and marketing materials.

If confidentiality is required, please notify us before the project begins.

Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information only.

You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any website content without written permission.

Liability

Vue360 will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing its services.

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the services supplied, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
